FlowVella: New Releases, Major Updates, and What’s Next
We have been overdue for new releases of our apps across the web, Mac, and iPad, and I am happy to report that things are moving and momentum is building.
Over the last couple of weeks, we’ve shipped some significant updates to FlowVella and Flow Kiosk, and there’s a lot more in development.
A New FlowVella Web Presentation Player
You might have noticed some changes if you’ve viewed a FlowVella presentation on the web in the last few days.
Last week, we quietly released a new, modern version of our web presentation player that is a major upgrade over the previous version. The new UI is beautiful, faster, and more responsive.
We’ve improved the overall viewing experience while keeping the focus where it belongs: on your content.

A Revamped FlowVella Web Creator
Our FlowVella Web Creator/Editor has been a work in progress for years, and over the weekend we shipped a new version with a completely revamped look and feel, along with many, many fixes and improvements.
The web creator now also includes our brand-new, completely overhauled PowerPoint importer.
We’ve put a lot of work into making the creator more polished, more consistent, and easier to use. There’s still plenty more to do, but this is a big step forward.

FlowVella for Mac 5.0
We also shipped a new version of FlowVella for Mac. We’re now at version 5.0!
This release includes improvements throughout the app, along with updates to keep FlowVella running well on modern Macs.
The Mac App Store version has not yet been released, but you can download the latest version directly from flowvella.com/download.
Flow Kiosk 3.0: A Major Update
Last week, we also shipped Flow Kiosk 3.0.1, one of the biggest updates to our iPad kiosk app in years.
Flow Kiosk has always been about turning an iPad into a powerful, interactive kiosk for trade shows, museums, visitor centers, retail, and more.
With this release, we’ve made some major improvements to the app and added capabilities that customers have been asking for.
We’ve completely revamped our lead capture and forms system, making it easier to collect information from visitors and attendees. Forms now work offline, so you can capture leads and collect data even when an internet connection isn’t available.
We’ve also introduced new offline analytics, allowing you to track how people interact with your kiosk, even when it’s disconnected.
These are important improvements for customers using Flow Kiosk at trade shows, in museums, or anywhere that a reliable internet connection isn’t guaranteed.
We’ve also made improvements throughout the app, and we’re continuing to invest in making Flow Kiosk easier to use, more powerful, and more reliable.
And there’s more coming, including new ways to create kiosk experiences and manage them remotely.

Flow2 and What’s Next
Over the last six months, we’ve also introduced a whole new approach to presentations and AI with our Flow2 product.
Flow2 brings video, presentation tools, and AI together in new ways, and we’re continuing to build on what we’ve started.
One of our biggest priorities now is bringing all of our products closer together.
We’ve built a lot of technology across FlowVella, Flow Kiosk, and Flow2, and there are opportunities to leverage the strengths of each product across the entire platform.
We’re moving faster than we have in years, and we’re working to make sure that momentum translates into better products, more frequent releases, and new capabilities for our customers.
We’ve been quiet for too long. That’s changing.
More to come soon.
