FlowVella Video No Sound Issue
Don’t worry! Your sound issue is not uncommon and is not something wrong with the FlowVella app or your device. There are a couple of reasons why you may not be hearing sound while your FlowVella videos are playing.
Verify That Your Volume Is Turned Up
Swipe up from the bottom of your iPad’s screen to open Control Center. Verify that the volume control on the lower left corner of the screen is not set to all the way down. While you’re in Control Center, please also check to make sure that your “mute” setting is not set to “ON”.
Verify That Your iPad’s Slide Switch is Not Set to Mute
In your iPad settings, under General, there’s an option to set your side switch to ether Lock Rotation or Mute. If set to Mute, please make sure your side switch is in the ‘up’ position. If it’s set to Lock Rotation, the mute toggle is somewhat hidden in Control Center. You can access Control Center by sliding up from the bottom of your iPad screen.

I am trying your product for first time to present tomorrow and have uploaded mp4 video but there is no sound. Video has sound if played from camera roll but not in app.
